In 2021, while working in a demanding industrial environment, our founder identified critical gaps in communications: persistent wireless dead zones, fragile fixed cabling, escalating CAPEX for incremental improvements, and—most importantly—slow, disorganised responses when incidents occurred and systems failed. Lives are put at risk when communication collapses in tunnels, disaster zones, mines, and complex industrial sites.
